Premier Plantation Epoxy provides concrete flooring and coating services, including epoxy floor coatings, garage floor coatings, polyaspartic floor coatings, metallic epoxy flooring, polished concrete, stained concrete, terrazzo flooring, concrete grinding and surface preparation, and related services to residential and commercial customers in Plantation, FL and surrounding areas.
The services described on the Site are for informational purposes. Specific scope of work, materials, and timelines are determined during the estimate and proposal process on a per-project basis.
All estimates provided by Premier Plantation Epoxy are free and non-binding unless otherwise stated in a signed written proposal. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of the on-site visit and are subject to change if site conditions differ materially from what was observed, if the scope of work changes, or if material costs fluctuate between estimate and project start.
A written proposal or contract will be provided before any work begins. Final pricing is confirmed in the signed contract. Verbal estimates are not binding and do not constitute an agreement to perform work at a specific price.
Project start dates are scheduled after a signed contract and any required deposit are received. We will make reasonable efforts to start and complete work within the agreed timeframe. Delays caused by weather, material availability, site access issues, or other factors outside our control do not constitute a breach of contract.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may result in charges for materials purchased and labor performed to that point. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your project contract.
Payment terms are specified in the written project contract. A deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be provided at the time of contract.
